Salah: I want to stay with Roma for a long time

Mohamed Salah is eager to forge a long and successful career with Roma after completing his move from Chelsea on Thursday.
The Egypt international has sealed a loan switch for a fee of €5 million, with the Giallorossi reserving the right to make the move permanent.
The move brings to an end a long-running saga surrounding the former Basel star, with Fiorentina having threatened legal action earlier this summer after alleging that Salah reneged on a deal to join them permanently.

However, with his future now resolved, Salah is determined to forge a long career at the Stadio Olimpico and fight for the Scudetto this term.
"I think Roma are one of the biggest clubs in the world and I'm happy to be in this team," the 23-year-old toldRoma TV.
"I didn't expect [the welcome from fans] but it was very nice for me. I was very happy and I enjoyed it.
"We never know what will happen next season. Let's see what will happen but I want to be at one club for a long time because in the last two years I was at Fiorentina for six months and I was at Chelsea for a year. I would like to stay at one club for a long time.
"I think everybody here has ambition and everybody wants to win the title. That would be good for us and very good for the fans. Everybody will give their best to make the fans happy.
"I think we have to give everything to win the title or some other trophies this season – that would be the most important thing for us. We hope we can win titles this season.
"The Champions League is one of the reasons why I chose Roma. I want to play here and I want to play in the Champions League."
Roma are expected to add Edin Dzeko to their list of summer signings imminently, after the Bosnia-Herzegovina striker arrived in the Italian capital to complete a move from Manchester City.
